SIGNED RELEASES FOR CREDIT CHECKING
All pre-employment credit checks require a stand alone signed release by applicant to be faxed, mailed or e-mailed to American Screening. This is so the applicant is more likely to read the content and be aware a credit check is being performed, so as not bury it amongst additional job application paperwork that is required. You may download this form from our necessary forms page.

SIGNED RELEASES FOR GENERAL BACKGROUND SCREENING
Releases are required for “some” Department of Motor Vehicles and Criminal Records. We will be posting the individual state requirements in the near future when the list stabilizes. Some, in fact, require releases to be notarized, although very few at this point. We urge you to be prudent and forward a release for all background checks that you request.
